About the Show
Nearly 40 years after emerging from the Sunset Strip scene, L.A. Guns are still moving forward instead of living off past hits. The band will release its 15th studio album, Leopard Skin, on April 4 via Cleopatra Records. The lead single, “Taste It,” is out now, with a video directed by Jason Wisch streaming online. The album follows 2023’s Black Diamonds and marks the fifth release since guitarist Tracii Guns reunited with singer Phil Lewis in 2017. Featuring Johnny Martin, Ace Von Johnson and Adam Hamilton, the record blends the band’s hard-rock edge with funk and ’70s-inspired influences. As Guns puts it, after four decades of touring and recording, they feel “lucky” — and show no signs of slowing down.
