(Jan. 21, 2013) On the heels of Dwight Yoakam’s latest album release “3 Pears,” the country-rock superstar will take the Grand Ballroom stage at Talking Stick Resort on Apr. 20. He will perform many of his greatest hits including “Honky Tonk Man,” “Thousand Miles from Nowhere” and favored songs from his new album like, “Take Hold of My Hand” and “Thick Smoke (And Loud, Loud Music).“
Yoakam is an entertainment force. As a Grammy-winning singer and songwriter, he has recorded more than 21 albums, charted more than 30 singles on the Billboard music charts and has sold more than 25 million albums worldwide. As an actor and director, Yoakam has worked alongside big screen names like Jodie Foster, Billy Bob Thornton, Forest Whitaker and Nicholas Cage.
