Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort are pulling out all the stops, -- offering breakfast, lunch and dinner specials on Saturday, June 17 and Sunday, June 18, 2017.

Dad will have plenty of options this Father’s Day as Talking Stick Resort’s buffet will offer both brunch and dinner on Saturday, June 17, 2017 and Sunday, June 18, 2017.
Saturday, June 17, 2017
Brunch will begin at 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will include a wide variety of breakfast items such as Herb Crusted Prime Rib, Grilled Salmon, Rotisserie Chicken, Slow Cooked Turkey, Grilled Sirloin Steaks, Honey Peppercorn Slab Bacon, Smoked Salmon, Oysters on the Half Shell, Littleneck Clams and Black Mussels. $24.95 adults and $13.95 children ages 5 – 12.
Dinner will be served from 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. and will include Peppercorn Crusted N.Y. Strip, Santa Maria Beef Ribs, Lemon-Herb Rotisserie Turkey, Grilled Corvina, Grilled Sirloin Steaks, Shrimp, Beef and Chicken Fajitas, Iced Jumbo Shrimp, Oysters on the Half Shell, King Crab Legs, Jonah Crab Claws as well as an assortment of Chef Peggy’s amazing pastries and desserts. $41.95 adults and $17.95 children 5 – 12.

Brunch will be served from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will include Classic Eggs Benedict, Honey Cured Bacon, Jalapeño Bacon, Spinach Quiche, Belgian Waffles, Dried Fruit Pancakes as well as assorted sausages and breakfast pastries.
From 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. an assortment of lunch and dinner selections including Roasted Garlic & Herb Crusted Prime Rib, Garlic Crusted Roasted Rack of Lamb, Cranberry Walnut Turkey Wellington, Pear and Fontina Stuffed Pork Chops, Roasted Whole Salmon, Grilled American Kobe Steaks, Braised Beef Short Ribs, Iced Jumbo Shrimp, Oysters on the Half Shell, King Crab Legs, Jonah Crab Claws, Mussels as well as an assortment of Chef Peggy’s special desserts.
The Willows Restaurant
Casino Arizona’s Willows Restaurant will offer Father’s Day specials throughout the day on Sunday, June 18, 2017. From 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. breakfast will feature an Epic Steak and Egg Sandwich with hash browns, $10.95. The dinner special served from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. is a Steakhouse Bacon Burger with fries, $10.95. German Chocolate Cake will be served for dessert for $3.25.
Salt River Café
In honor of Father’s Day, Salt River Café will be offering a special throughout the day, a Whiskey BBQ Bacon Double Cheeseburger with 2 ½ beef patties topped with whiskey BBQ sauce, crispy bacon, tobacco onions and tomato on a brioche bun. The decadent cheeseburger will be served with ranch seasoned potato wedges, a fountain drink and a Magic Bar with graham cracker crust, shredded coconut, pecans and chocolate chips for dessert, $9.95.
The Eagles Buffet
The buffet at Casino Arizona will offer a selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner items in honor of Father’s Day, Sunday, June 18, 2017. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. guests will enjoy Traditional Eggs Benedict, Biscuits with Country Gravy, Fried Spam, Chorizo Beans with Tortilla, Honey Smoked Bacon and Sausage, Seasoned Hash Browns, eggs and omelets to order and a waffle station.
From 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. buffet items will include Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Deep Fried Fantail Shrimp, Citrus Glazed Ham, Buffalo Wings, Honey BBQ Pork Ribs, Baked Rainbow Trout, Beef Ravioli and Marinara, Shrimp Cocktail, Smoked Fish, Iced Oysters on the Half Shell, Whipped Potatoes and Gravy, mixed and composed salads, assorted fresh fruit, special occasion desserts and a chocolate fountain. On Sunday, June 18, 2017, the Arizona Room Patio will offer a three course pre-fix menu starting with Pork Stuffed Mushrooms with steak sauce, followed by an entrée with an 8 ounce New York Steak with house made gravy, au-gratin potatoes, sautéed spinach with bacon a slice of chocolate sponge cake with coconut, caramel and pecans for dessert, $17
Cholla Prime Steakhouse & Lounge
Casino Arizona’s signature restaurant will offer a three-course pre fixe menu on Father’s Day. From 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday, June 18, 2017, diners can choose an appetizer of Grilled Steak Kabobs with whiskey marinated bell peppers and tomatoes ($8) or an Iceburg Wedge Salad with bacon blue cheese ranch, tomato and bacon ($8). The main course is Pan Seared Rib Eye with garlic butter, loaded baked potato and sautéed broccolini ($7) and Dessert is German Chocolate Cake with chocolate cake and chocolate and caramel sauces ($7). The prefix menu is $29, each item is also sold a la cart. The pre fixe menu will be offered in addition to the restaurant’s regular menu.
Bingo at Casino Arizona
Bingo loving Dads won’t loose their regular seats as the Bingo Hall will also offer a special in their honor. Throughout the day on Sunday, June 18, 2017, bingo players can enjoy Bourbon Steak and Mushroom Flatbread with sliced char grilled steak with garlic cream sauce and a medley of roasted mushroom on a tandoori flatbread as well as a slice of German Chocolate Cake for $8.50.
