Chef Julio, grandson of a baker from Culiacán, Sinaloa, discovered his culinary passion early in family tradition. For over a decade at Talking Stick Resort, he’s brought his talent from Wandering Horse Buffet to the award-winning Orange Sky. At Tash, he continues to craft recipes that immerse guests in bold flavors and unforgettable aromas.
The restaurant menu features Spanish-style tapas, fish and meat entrees, curated flatbread pizzas, and an impressive and delectable dessert assortment. The dishes are Mediterranean, but the flavors are global. Spice up your night!
