Matching food and wine is something of an art, one which our Orange Sky staff at Talking Stick Resort have mastered. We invite you to join us each month to partake in a multi-course meal featuring an inventive menu which is paired with selected wines from wineries around the world, complete with panoramic views only seen on our 15th floor.

Reception begins at 7:00 pm and gives guests a chance to mingle with the winemaker, or special guest, while enjoying passed hors d’oeuvres and wine. Dinner is served at 7:30 pm and includes an “Amuse Bouche” and four course dinner prepared by our Chef de Cuisine, Ron Dimas, paired with four wines from the hosted winery.
