Hours of Operation:
Monday - Saturday from 9am - 6pm; Sunday from 9am - 5pm.
- Fitness center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; room key required to enter.

Age Requirement:
Guests must be at least 18 years of age in order to use the spa and locker room facilities. Minors are permitted in the salon for services but must be accompanied by an adult. Minors are not permitted to wait while a parent participates in a service.
Reservations:
We encourage you to schedule your appointments at least 4 weeks in advance to make sure the preferred treatments and services are available. Reservations are accepted at The Spa at Talking Stick by phone at 480.850.4065 or online through our reservation request form.
Arrival:
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled spa appointment (salon services excluded). This will allow time to receive your locker, change into your provided robe and sandals, shower and enjoy the steam and whirlpool. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening the effectiveness and your relaxation. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end on time.
Service Charge:
An 20% service charge will be added to your treatment price. Gratuities will be shared with our spa professionals, planners and attendants.
Cancellations:
We request at least 24 hour advance notice to cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full amount of your scheduled treatment.
Spa Areas:
Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect the privacy and quiet of other guests. No cell phones are electronic devices please.
Daily Spa passes are offered to resort guests for $15 and to local guests for $25, based on availability. For groups and special events, please contact the Spa Manager at 480.850.4065.
